Personal Fitness Training
Progressive one-on-one training sessions designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Each program is individually tailored to your needs and vary accordingly. Programs include weight loss, strength training, muscle building, toning, sculpting, corrective flexibility and nutritional guidance.
This class is a physically active form of yoga and brings a mix of Ashtanga and Hatha forms together. We focus on coordination of breath and movement. Through synchronization, this process produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
Health & Wellness Presentations
Studies show that work productivity increases and stress decreases in the workplace when employees lead health-promoting lifestyles. Chantal will talk about the benefits of exercise and provide some helpful health and wellness pointers to employees. This presentation is designed to educate, encourage and motivate you and your employees.
