</p><p>Now I know you couldn&#8217;t resist that Halloween Candy. How many times did you say &#8220;just one&#8221;?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s okay if you keep active.  With Thanksgiving and more holidays coming up , you need to stay active through the fall.</p>
<p>The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends aerobic exercise three to five days a week for 20 to 60 minutes each session to maximize fitness gains and fat loss.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re just starting with exercise, you may want to take a couple of months to progress slowly into this range.</p>
<p>Aerobic activities like walking, running, cycling, swimming, fitness classes, hiking, stair climbing, and rowing expend a lot of energy, and so does having a personal trainer help encourage you and develop the right exercise plan for you.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re interested, give me a call.</p>
<p>Otherwise, do yourself some good and get out there for at least 20 minutes doing something. You&#8217;ll feel better about that 1 extra piece of candy you couldn&#8217;t resist.  I promise!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong><em>Sarah is a dancer and model who wanted to tone before a bikini competition.  She lost another 3% body fat in a few weeks.</em></strong></p>
<p>In preparation for a bikini competition that was a few weeks away, I sought the help of a personal trainer to push me as far as I could go and to take my body to the next level.  I came in thinking that I was pretty athletic and up for the challenge, but quickly learned that I had a lot to learn.  Chantal taught me that with good nutritional guidance and proper exercise techniques, I could lose fat while gaining muscle tone at the same time.  She made me work very hard, reminding me of all the benefits to come, and encouraging me along the way. </p>
<p>I had a great experience that I will always carry with me. Chantal has taught me self-discipline in many ways.  Not only did I excel in the bikini competition but I was also motivated to continue working hard and made the Orlando Magic dance team!  Chantal is fantastic.  She is enthusiastic and caring and made my experience very personal.  I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone who wants both a strong motivator and a friend to keep you working hard to get into shape and reach your dream goals.</p>

<p>The year I spent training with Chantal has definitely helped me to feel better about myself.  Working with her I have lost both pounds and inches from my waist.  Now my clothes fit better, I fall asleep faster and sleep better, and I feel more confident.  My co-workers who see me every day as well as people who see me two or three times a week at the gym have told me that they have noticed the positive changes that Chantal has helped me to achieve. </p>

Now he has dropped 5% body fat, lost 30 lbs and has gained muscle density!</p>
<p>My experience with Chantal has been a good one. I have learned a lot of core exercises and different strength training techniques. I came to her with lots of back pain and that has significantly been reduced due to the strength training and core exercises.</p>
<p>I would definitely recommend personal training sessions because even someone who has been working out for years can learn new ways to train. I am remotivated and excited to complete my weight loss goal. So far I have lost 30 lbs, and dropped 5% body fat as well. I have been able to increase my biceps from 15 inches to 18 inches and I have lost 6 inches around my belly.</p>
